However, what we will guarantee is that you will receive a world-class product that is safe, non-toxic, and sourced and manufactured in the highest quality as well as a superior shipping and product delivery service.

Returns + Replacements
All return requests are reviewed within 48 hours. An email explaining how to return the product will be issued and we must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days once the received and inspected your returned item. If you elect to have RnA ReSet issue a return label, the amount of the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your return. Only items received unopened or in new condition within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the product cost. In the event your return is the result of our error, we will not charge you for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your package is damaged in transit, please take the following steps:
- Using a phone, a camera, or a computer device, take pictures of your damaged box and product
- Email your photos along with your name and order number to support@rnareset.com
- A member of our support team will review your photos and then make arrangements for another shipment to be dispatched asap
Failed Delivery / Delivery Dispute
In the event that the tracking for your package shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please make every effort to check with family, neighbors and your postal carrier to determine if someone received the package on your behalf in your absence.
If the package is still missing please contact support@rnareset.com and provide us with your order number and tracking information. We will take appropriate steps to review the order and determine a positive outcome.
All failed delivery claims must be made within 30 days of the received shipment date.
Missing Product
Here at RnAReSet.com, we take every step possible to ensure your order is filled quickly, accurately, and shipped within a 24-hour shipping cycle [weekends and holidays not included]. However, there are times when errors do occur. If your order was filled or shipped in error, please submit a trouble ticket by emailing support@rnareset.com
Open Product Policy
The FDA discourages accepting shipped or open products in return. Unlike other companies, we do not encourage you to return the unused portion of the product - we ask you to keep it and if necessary, discard it at your location. If you have a concern about a product that you have already opened, please contact a Customer Support Representative at support@rnareset.com. For opened orders requesting a refund, at our discretion, we can refund you a portion of your cost within 60 days of delivery.
Returning Unopened Products for Credit or Exchange
If there is a problem or concern with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know within 30 days of delivery date by contacting a Customer Support Representative for additional support at support@rnareset.com.

International OrdersWe are honored to be able to ship our amazing health products to 215 countries around the world. It thrills us to our very CORE to think that people all over the world are improving their body, mind and mood with our incredible formulas! A vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are always very lovely and understanding – but just in case something does go awry here are some things to consider:
Currency
All RnAReSet.com transactions are shown and made in USD (U.S. dollars). Please contact your bank with any questions regarding conversion rates.
Customs – Restricted Products
It’s a big world out there with lots of fun stuff going on all the time. While we make every effort to stay on top of all the customs regulations that affect dietary supplements and their delivery throughout the world, the person singularly responsible for the successful delivery of international order is the international consumer. As regulations affecting customs for dietary supplements change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
International – Lost in Transit
Although it is rare for international orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, etc. International orders may take up to 21 days to clear customs, depending upon delivery method and government procedures. An international order will not be considered “lost” until 45 days after the shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 45-day period has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits. In the event that your order has been lost, you must report it as lost to us within 90 days of the date of purchase. Refusing Delivery Because of Customs Charges
You, the customer, are responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed on you, by your country of residence.
RnA ReSet is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of RnA ReSet to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping. We will only refund the cost of your products once receive your return and the items are in pin-point perfect condition, both of which circumstances are RARE for international returns. Additionally, if your international package is returned to us, please note that the shipping process is not quick. We have found that returned international packages sometimes take weeks to arrive at our warehouse. So, the time it takes us to make a refund decision may be longer than you would imagine.
