Our Warehouse Team at RnA ReSet is a team of wonderful humans, working with human hands and brains, all sending loving energy to all the products as they go out our door! By placing an order with RnA ReSet, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:

General Information

RnA ReSet is not liable for any delivery delays once the package is handed over to carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL. No refunds will be issued for delays confirmed by tracking information. This includes delays due to weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Processing and Shipping Times

All RnA ReSet domestic orders are shipped freight on board (FOB) from our US warehouse via USPS, DHL, or UPS.

Our goal is to get your essential health formulas on their way to you as soon as possible. We will place your items in the trustworthy care of our preferred shippers as out shipping schedule recommends. There are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery to you and IF that happens, we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you if we are aware that a delay could exist. If we have questions that prevent processing your order entirely, we will hold your order for up to 10 days to await your instruction. If after 10 days we have not received instruction from you, your order will be canceled.

RnA ReSet maintains standard timeframes and procedures for processing and shipping your order. This includes how quickly orders are handled, the various shipping options available, and what to expect in terms of delivery times based on your chosen shipping method. Our goal is to help you understand the timelines from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day.
  • Shipping Options: Expedited and international shipping options are available for an additional cost.
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Costs

RnA ReSet ensures transparency in shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. This includes any additional charges for expedited or international shipping. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or taxes may also apply, and these are the customer's responsibility. Our aim is to provide you with clear and upfront information about all shipping-related expenses.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated by weight and zone. Estimated shipping times are established by delivery zone. All products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in North Carolina. For example you will get your order faster if you live in North Carolina than if you live in Seattle, Washington. All orders will be hand carried to the residential or business address provided online through our ordering system. For US addresses who have both a PO box and physical address you should specify both addresses on your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International Orders: International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Times by Carrier

RnA ReSet provides estimated delivery times based on the carrier and shipping method you select, ensuring you have a clear understanding of when to expect your order. For domestic deliveries, options range from DHL eCommerce to UPS Next Day Air, with varying delivery times. For international deliveries, we offer services such as USPS First Class International and DHL Global Express, each with its own estimated delivery times and rate calculations. Please note that customs can delay the process indefinitely and may include additional charges for duties and taxes.

RnA ReSet provides a variety of shipping options to meet your delivery needs. We understand that timely delivery is crucial, so we offer estimated delivery times based on the carrier and shipping method you select. These estimates help you plan and anticipate when your order will arrive, ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please note that customs procedures may cause delays and additional charges, especially for international orders.

Estimated delivery times are established by the USPS and are not meant to imply that these are guaranteed delivery windows.

  • Domestic shipping rates are calculated by weight and zone. Estimated shipping times are established by delivery zone.
  • All products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in North Carolina. You will get your order faster if you live in North Carolina than if you live in Seattle, Washington – but it’s still coming as fast as it can because we use quality SHIPPING methods from DHL eCommerce, delivered by USPS, UPS Ground, AND, Priority Mail for rural areas/APO's!
  • All orders will be hand-carried to the residential or business address provided online through our ordering system. For US addresses that have both a PO Box and Physical address, you should specify both addresses on your order.
  • For orders placed on a business day no later than 1 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday excluding Holidays, we will do our best to ship the same day.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING Options are not a guaranteed overnight service but will expedient a standard order once leaving our shipping warehouse.

Order Tracking

RnA ReSet provides comprehensive order tracking to keep you informed about your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and additional information about your shipment, including a list of all items included. This ensures you can monitor the progress of your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Address Issues

RnA ReSet is committed to accurate and timely deliveries; however, we are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RnA ReSet is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. For assistance with these issues, please contact the carrier directly. They will provide the necessary support to resolve any problems related to lost or stolen shipments.

Holiday and High Volume Periods

RnA ReSet acknowledges that delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak shopping periods. We recommend placing orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery. This helps you plan ahead and avoid potential delays.

Post Office Marked As Delivered Without Delivery

Legally, the USPS is under the jurisdiction of federal law and must accurately scan all packages as they are delivered. The order should be delivered by the postman and will not be delivered by a DHL eCommerce driver. As per the current package tracking:

If you are unable to locate the package at your home - there are a few options that may be helpful in you being able to find the order:

  1. Verify the shipping address. Look at your order confirmation and make sure that the information is correct.
  2. Search the mailbox - this sounds silly but a lot of time the small, slim packages get pushed so far back in the box you can't see them.
  3. Go to the lockbox or manager's office at your complex - Apartment and condo deliveries are often sent to the manager's office for safekeeping in neighborhood developments.
  4. Check with family and neighbors. Lots of times they will pick up the package and forget to tell you.
  5. Phone your LOCAL postal office facility and ask them where the package is.

Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue and initiate a claim with the carrier.

Carrier Restrictions

RnA ReSet informs you that some carriers may have restrictions on shipping to certain locations. Please verify your location’s eligibility at checkout to ensure your order can be shipped without any issues. This ensures a smooth delivery process and helps prevent any potential shipping problems.
