Equipment:
- Electric hand mixer or whisk
- baking pan
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 2 large egg
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of beet sugar (or 1/2 cup of stevia sweetener)
- 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup organic barley flour
- 1/3 cup dry peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cup organic white wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 3/4 cup of ReStructure® protein powder
- nuts as topping (optional)
Directions:
- Beat all ingredients together
- Pour mixture into a prepared baking pan
- Top with nuts (optional)
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
- Cool completely and enjoy!
