Fruity Mineral and Protein Smoothie

The Few Things You Will Need


  • a blender
  • measuring cups and spoons


Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4-6 oz frozen organic strawberries, blueberries, or both
  • ½ cup low-oxalate greens such as kale, arugula, cabbage, lettuce
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp of ReMag liquid magnesium
  • 1/4 tsp of ReMyte mineral solution
  • water (to preferred consistency)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 27 g of ReStructure protein powder, vanilla


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Getting The Right Consistency

Add water or other liquid to adjust smoothie to drinkable consistency, or any way you like to eat it!
