RnA ReSet is not liable for any delivery delays once the package is handed over to carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL. No refunds will be issued for delays confirmed by tracking information. This includes delays due to weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Processing and Shipping Times

All RnA ReSet domestic orders are shipped freight on board (FOB) from our US warehouse via USPS, DHL, or UPS.

Our goal is to get your essential health formulas on their way to you as soon as possible. There are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery to you and IF that happens, we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you if we are aware that a delay could exist. If we have questions that prevent processing your order entirely, we will hold your order for up to 10 days to await your instruction. If after 10 days we have not received instruction from you, your order will be canceled.

RnA ReSet maintains standard timeframes and procedures for processing and shipping your order. If you are unable to locate the package at your home - there are a few options that may be helpful in you being able to find the order:

Verify the shipping address. Look at your order confirmation and make sure that the information is correct.
Search the mailbox - this sounds silly but a lot of time the small, slim packages get pushed so far back in the box you can't see them.
Go to the lockbox or manager's office at your complex - Apartment and condo deliveries are often sent to the manager's office for safekeeping in neighborhood developments.
Check with family and neighbors. Lots of times they will pick up the package and forget to tell you.
Phone your LOCAL postal office facility and ask them where the package is.
