Whole C ReSet® delivers 500mg of whole food vitamin C per serving from 10 organic fruit sources including amla, acai, acerola, and pomegranate. Like every RnA ReSet® Nutrient Capsule, this formula pairs naturally-sourced vitamin C with bioflavonoids and cofactors, designed to work in concert with the body's own systems.
Vitamin C is essential for immune cell function and the body's natural defense systems. Whole food sources provide the complete vitamin C complex with naturally occurring bioflavonoids that support immune resilience year-round.
Vitamin C supports the structure and function of blood vessels and healthy circulation. As a powerful antioxidant, it helps support cardiovascular tissues against oxidative stress and supports overall heart wellness.
Vitamin C is a cofactor in collagen synthesis, the most abundant protein in the body. It supports the structure and function of skin, bones, teeth, blood vessels, and connective tissue throughout the body.
As a cofactor in 8 enzyme processes, vitamin C supports tissue repair, iron absorption, adrenal function, and antioxidant activity. A foundational nutrient for comprehensive daily wellness.
Whole C ReSet® works synergistically with other RnA ReSet formulas for comprehensive immune support. Pico Zinc® Plus provides the zinc essential for immune cell function. Pico Silver® offers additional immune system support. D3K2 ReSet® delivers the vitamin D critical for immune resilience. Together, these formulas create a complete protocol for year-round immune defense.
Third-party verified for label accuracy and purity. NSF/ANSI 455-2 GMP Certified manufacturing. Made in the USA with foreign and domestic components.
Take 1-2 capsules daily with or without food. Whole food vitamin C is gentle on your stomach, so you can take it any time that fits your routine.
Why whole food vitamin C? Unlike synthetic ascorbic acid, whole food vitamin C includes the complete nutrient complex: bioflavonoids, cofactors, and enzymes that help your body absorb and utilize vitamin C effectively. This is how humans got vitamin C for thousands of years before supplements existed.
What to expect: Immune benefits are continuous and may not be immediately noticeable. Many people report decreased bruising and improved skin quality within 4-8 weeks. Consistent daily use provides the best results.
Take Whole C ReSet® at the same time each day for consistent vitamin C levels. Since it's food-based, it can be taken with or without meals, whatever works best for your routine.
Sugar and vitamin C: Be aware that glucose competes with vitamin C for cellular uptake. For optimal vitamin C absorption, avoid taking your supplement with high-sugar foods or drinks.
Pairing with minerals: Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, making it a good pairing with iron-containing foods or supplements. It also supports the effectiveness of other antioxidants like vitamin E (found in Omega-3 Algae A+E®).
Standard Dose:
Take 1-2 capsules daily (250-500mg vitamin C).
Best practices:
- Take at the same time each day for consistency
- Can be taken with or without food
- Gentle on stomach – no acidic irritation
- Stay hydrated throughout the day
Combining with other formulas: Whole C ReSet® pairs excellently with Pico Zinc® Plus (immune synergy), Pico Silver® (immune support), and D3K2 ReSet® (complete immune protocol).
For comprehensive immune support, consider combining Whole C ReSet® with:
- Pico Zinc® Plus: Zinc is essential for immune cell function and works synergistically with vitamin C
- D3K2 ReSet®: Vitamin D supports immune system regulation
- Pico Silver®: Additional immune system support
- ReMag®: Magnesium supports over 1,000 enzyme systems including those involved in immune function
During seasonal challenges, you may take 2 capsules (500mg) daily consistently. The food-based formula is gentle enough for daily use year-round.
What To Consider When Dosing
Whole C ReSet® provides vitamin C from 10 organic fruit sources, delivering the complete vitamin C complex as found in nature. Unlike synthetic ascorbic acid (isolated in a lab), whole food vitamin C includes naturally occurring bioflavonoids, cofactors, and enzymes that help your body absorb and utilize vitamin C effectively. This is why food-based vitamin C is gentler on your stomach and may be more effective than isolated ascorbic acid at the same dose.
Yes! Unlike synthetic ascorbic acid, which can cause stomach upset and acid reflux, whole food vitamin C is gentle on your digestive system. You can take Whole C ReSet® with or without food, at any time of day that fits your routine. The food-based formula is naturally buffered by the whole fruit concentrate it's derived from.
At 250-500mg daily, food-based vitamin C provides support for immune function, collagen synthesis, and antioxidant activity. Because whole food vitamin C includes cofactors that enhance absorption, you may need less than you would with synthetic ascorbic acid. The body can only absorb and use so much vitamin C at once, megadoses are largely excreted unused. Consistent daily intake is more effective than occasional high doses.
Vitamin C works continuously to support immune function and collagen production, even if you don't "feel" it working. Many people notice reduced bruising and improved skin quality within 4-8 weeks. Immune benefits are harder to measure directly but are supported by consistent daily use. The key is consistency: vitamin C is water-soluble and needs to be replenished daily.
Yes! Whole C ReSet® pairs synergistically with many RnA ReSet formulas. It enhances iron absorption, supports the effectiveness of vitamin E (in Omega-3 Algae A+E®), and works well with zinc (Pico Zinc® Plus) for immune support. There are no known negative interactions with other RnA ReSet formulas. If you take medications, consult your healthcare provider about potential interactions.
Whole C ReSet® contains vitamin C from 10 organic fruit sources: Amla Fruit, Acai, Acerola, Cranberry, Goji berry, Jabuticaba, Mangosteen, Maqui, Pomegranate, and Strawberry. Each of these fruits is naturally rich in vitamin C and provides additional beneficial compounds like bioflavonoids, polyphenols, and antioxidants. This diverse fruit blend ensures you're getting vitamin C as nature intended, as part of a complete nutrient complex.
Yes, glucose and vitamin C compete for the same cellular transport mechanisms. High sugar intake can reduce vitamin C uptake into cells, potentially diminishing its effectiveness. For optimal vitamin C absorption, avoid taking your supplement with high-sugar foods or drinks. This is another reason why reducing sugar intake supports overall health, it allows your body to better utilize the vitamin C you consume.
