How it works
Gift cards are delivered to you by email almost immediately and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. You can then forward the gift card to your recipient by email.
When making a purchase in your store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Ships within 2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day from our North Carolina warehouse by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Expedited and international options are available; international orders may owe customs duties or taxes.
Tracking arrives by email once your order ships.
