Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 12oz unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter powder
- 2 tbsp of instant, sugar free cocoa (a high oxalate food)
- 1 tbsp of psyllium husk
- 2-3 ice cubes
Dry Ingredients
- 1 raw egg
- 40 g of ReStructure® protein powder, chocolate or vanilla
Directions:
- Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately
