Cell Nutrient Stack: The 90-Day Block

The Cell Nutrient Stack is seven Completement Formulas^® taken together as one protocol: the liquid minerals, the B complex, the vitamin C, and the D3K2, in the quantities a full ninety days asks for.

Ninety days is the unit because that is how the protocol is measured, not because it makes a tidy billing period. Each of the seven has its own daily dose, so the bottles empty at different rates. A block is eighteen bottles, sized and paced so that all seven are still going on day ninety and none of them runs out partway through.

There are three ways to pay for a block, and the protocol inside is identical in every one of them. Only the payment rhythm and the number of boxes change.

• Three monthly payments. The block is split across three deliveries, sized to what is running low. Each block of three payments is a commitment, and you can stop the next block before it starts.
• One payment for one block. All eighteen bottles in a single box, paid once. Nothing renews.
• One payment for two blocks. Six months of the protocol, thirty-six bottles in a single box, paid once. Nothing renews.

Eighteen bottles across seven formulas. Each formula has a different daily dose, so each bottle lasts a different number of days and is sent when you need it.

On the monthly plan the block is split across three deliveries. Boxes get smaller as the quarter goes on, then the pattern repeats. A smaller box is not a short box. Each delivery carries what that stretch of the protocol needs.

With the 90-day supply all 18 bottles arrive in one delivery. With the 180-day supply all 36 bottles, two full blocks, arrive in one delivery.

The protocol is the same in all three. Only the billing rhythm and the number of boxes change. The per 90-day block row is the line to compare: it puts all three on the same footing.

The monthly plan runs in 90-day blocks of three payments. Once a block’s first payment has gone through, that block is a commitment. To stop the next block from starting, contact our Customer Service team at least 3 days before it begins.

How the blocks work

A 90-day block is the smallest run of whole bottles that covers the protocol without a gap. The monthly plan front-loads it: the first box of every block carries 8 of its 18 bottles, the second 6, and the third 4. The 11% saving is priced on the finished block, so each block is a commitment to three payments rather than a rolling month.

When a block finishes, the next one begins with your next payment, on the same terms and with the same box pattern. It renews block by block until you stop it.

During a block

From a block’s first payment until its third, the block cannot be cancelled, paused, or skipped, and the contents of your box and how often it ships cannot be changed. You can still keep your shipping address and email up to date on your account page.

Between blocks: stopping your renewal

After the third payment of a block has processed, that block is complete and nothing is owed. To stop the next block before it starts, contact our Customer Service team at least 3 days before your next renewal date. Changes, pauses, and cancellations are not made from your account page; our team takes care of them for you.

A Pre-Built Protocol is a fixed set of formulas paced to work together, so items are not added to or swapped out of it. To take other formulas regularly, start a separate subscription for those formulas, or for another protocol. Each subscription keeps its own schedule, and changes to any subscription are made through our Customer Service team.

If you need to stop during a block

The block you are in is a commitment, but if something serious changes, contact us. Because the 11% is earned by finishing the block, the bottles you received in that block are settled at regular prices, less what you paid in that block. We tell you the figure before anything is charged, and the examples below show it for each point in a block.

Timing

Cancelling works forwards. It stops future renewals and the deliveries they would have sent. It does not reverse a payment that has already processed. Your next renewal date is always on your account page; to stop the next block, contact us at least 3 days before it.

Plans change. If you stop before a block is finished, here is exactly what that looks like. The figures are the same in every block. Choose where you are in your current block.

Nothing is charged until you have seen the figure and agreed to it. Contact us and we go through it with you.
