Sign in at affiliate.rnareset.com
Use the email and password from your D2D setup. If you turned on two-step verification, the dashboard asks for the code next. Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the login page and the reset email comes to that address.
Your D2D login is separate from your Onsite Store login and from your rnareset.com shopping account. Keep the same email on all three so your RnA ReSet rep can match them.

Digital to Dropshipping gives your practice a referral link. Patients order on rnareset.com, we ship to their door, and you earn commission on every order with no stock to buy. Apply once; Partner Support sets up your account and lets you know when your login is ready.
The layout
Five tabs, one job each
The tab bar sits under the RnA ReSet logo on every screen. Open a tab to see what lives there and what to do with it.
Home
Home opens when you sign in. It is the quick view: your link, your code, and how the month is going.
What you see
- Your referral linkThe link that credits your practice. Copy puts it on your clipboard; the share buttons beside it post the plain link to Facebook, X, WhatsApp, or email.
- Your partner codeA code a patient types at checkout. It takes 10% off a new patient's first order on rnareset.com, one use per customer, and credits the order to you even without your link.
- Your numbersClicks, orders, sales, and your commission for the period you choose: today, this month, or a custom range.
What to do here
- Copy your link when you need it in an email or a text. For your social bio, make the Shop All link in Marketing Tools instead (how): it opens on the formulas rather than the home page.
- Give your partner code to patients who would rather type a code than tap a link. It is for a patient's first order; after that your link does the work.
- Check your numbers on the Monday after a campaign. Orders can take a day to appear.
- Share buttons post a plain link, and the social network draws its own preview from the website. To post a campaign picture, download it from Media Assets and post it as a photo (how).

The working tab. Three tools sit here: Product Links, Media Assets, and My Files.
What you see
- Product LinksPaste any rnareset.com address and get the same page as your link. Used for your link in bio, a formula page, a blog post, or a collection.
- Media AssetsThe RnA ReSet library of ready-made posts, in folders by topic and campaign. Each file carries a caption you can copy.
- My FilesA private place for your own files, such as a flyer you made or a picture of your display.
What to do here
- Make your Shop All link once and put it in your social profile (step by step below).
- Before a campaign, open 02_Events, read the campaign's Read me first post, then download the day's picture and copy its caption.
- Make a second link for the Cell Nutrient Stack page for patients ready for the full 90 days. It is not part of any sale, so it works all year.
Media Assets: the folders
- 01_PillarsPosts by health goal, such as energy, gut health, or the acupuncture and chiropractic sets. Evergreen; post them any time.
- 02_EventsOne folder per campaign, named by month and dates. Inside: 00_Read me first (the schedule and rules), 01_Feed posts, 02_Stories, 03_Carousels, and 04_Videos. Files are numbered in posting order.
- 03_RnA ReSet ProductsPosts for each formula, plus 06_Protocols and Stacks for the Cell Nutrient Stack.
- 04_RnA ReSet Brand AssetsLogos and bottle pictures for your website, flyers, and menus.
- 05_DRCD Social ImagesDr. Carolyn Dean's social images, added as they are released.
To post a campaign picture: Download
On a file, tap Download and save it (on a phone, press and hold the picture). Tap Copy Text for the caption. Then post the picture from your own Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok as a photo, paste the caption, and add your link in the caption or in your bio.
Why not Share
The Share buttons post your link only, so the network shows the website's standard preview picture instead of the campaign image.
Stories are 1080 × 1920 and go up the same day as their feed post with a link sticker. The MP4 files work as a Reel, a TikTok, or an animated story; put your link in the caption or sticker, not on the video.
Transactions
Every order credited to your practice, newest first. This is where to look when a patient says they ordered.
What you see
- The order listDate, order number, the order total, and your commission on it. Open a row for the items.
- StatusPending while the order is inside the hold period, which allows for returns. Approved when the commission is payable. Paid once it has gone out to you.
- How an order gets hereA patient tapped your link within the last 99 days, typed your partner code, or used a patient code you gave them (for example a Duo or Stack Start code).
What to do here
- Give an order about a day to appear before you look for it.
- An order is not here? Ask Partner Support with the order number and the patient's name, and it can be reviewed.
- Orders you place yourself with your own link or code do not earn commission. Office stock is ordered at partner pricing in your Onsite Store, not through your link.
- The hold period is about two weeks; your commission moves from Pending to Approved on its own.
Payments
Your balance and your payment history. Nothing to do here most months; it is where you check what is coming.
What you see
- PendingCommission on orders still inside the hold period.
- PayableApproved commission waiting for the next payment run.
- PaidEach payment to date, with the date and the amount.
What to do here
- RnA ReSet pays by bank transfer, or as a store discount coupon or store gift card if you would rather apply your commission to your own orders. Choose the method under Settings.
- For the payment schedule, or if a payment has not arrived, ask Partner Support or your RnA ReSet rep.
- US partners: complete the W-9 tax form under Settings so bank payments can go out.
Settings
Your account details. Check these once when you start, and whenever your practice moves or changes banks.
What you see
- ProfileYour name, practice name, email, and phone.
- PaymentThe payment method and its details: bank account, or store coupon or gift card.
- Address and taxYour mailing address and, for US partners, the W-9 tax form.
- SecurityChange your password and turn on two-step verification.
What to do here
- Keep your email the same as your Onsite Store email so your rep can match your accounts and your Partner Support requests.
- Your partner code cannot be changed from the dashboard. If you need a different code, ask Partner Support.
- Turn on two-step verification if more than one person at the practice signs in.

Make your link in four steps
Any rnareset.com address becomes your link in under a minute. This example makes the Shop All link, the one to put in your social profile, because it lists every individual formula. Names and links in these pictures are examples, not a real partner's.

Tap the address to select it, then copy it.
Open Marketing Tools
Sign in to your D2D dashboard and open the Marketing Tools tab. It opens on Product Links.
Any page works. The same steps turn any rnareset.com address into your link: a formula page such as ReMag®, a blog post, or a collection. Patients land on that page, and the order credits you.

Your link appears right away in Your generated link. Click Copy. There is nothing to submit; Save keeps it in a list for next time, and is optional.

Tap your link on your phone to check that it opens the RnA ReSet formulas. Leave it there: one link covers every campaign, and in posts you add it in the caption on Facebook or LinkedIn, or as a link sticker on Instagram and TikTok stories.
Your link credits you for 99 days after a patient taps it, so a patient who looks today and orders next month still counts.

Quick answers
Which link goes where?
Your Shop All link in your social profile, once. In a Facebook or LinkedIn post, paste your link in the caption. On Instagram and TikTok, your bio link does the work, plus a link sticker on stories. For one formula, make that formula page into your link and send it in an email or text.
A patient says the discount did not apply.
Sale discounts come off automatically on rnareset.com during the sale dates, on individual formulas as one-time purchases; bundles, protocols, the Cell Nutrient Stack, and subscriptions are not on sale. Your partner code is for a patient's first order only, one use per customer. If the patient ordered somewhere other than rnareset.com, no discount or credit applies.
I do not see an order in Transactions.
Orders can take a day to appear. The patient must have tapped your link within 99 days, or used your partner code or a patient code. Send Partner Support the order number and the patient's name and it can be reviewed.
Can I order for the office through my own link?
No. Orders you place yourself with your own link or code do not earn commission. Office stock is ordered at partner pricing in your Onsite Store, which has its own login.
Where are the posts for the current campaign?
In Marketing Tools › Media Assets › 02_Events, in the folder named for the campaign, and on the campaign page in the partner hub, where each post sits with its text and a download. Read the campaign's Read me first post for the dates and the rules.
What may I say about the formulas?
Post the captions as written, or in your own words about availability and the sale. Do not describe health benefits or make claims, and send only to patients who agreed to hear from you. Your commission rate is yours to know; it does not go in a post.
Who do I contact?
Partner Support for your login, your link, an order, or a payment. Your RnA ReSet rep for your season total, large orders, and anything about your practice.
Right now: the end-of-year season, October 30 to January 31
Two November sales with a ready-made kit, and $500 a month in Onsite Store orders toward season rewards. Orders through your D2D link earn commission as always and do not count toward the season total.
