The Few Things You Will Need


  • Blender


Wet Ingredients

  • 12oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter powder
  • 2 tbsp of instant, sugar free cocoa
  • 1 tbsp of psyllium husk
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 raw egg
  • 40 g of ReStructure® protein powder, chocolate or vanilla


  1. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately
