RnA ReSet's Fat Free Cake

This fat-free cake gives you a protein boost to make you feel full while the sweetness signals your brain you have eaten enough.

The Few Things You Will Need

Equipment:

  • Electric hand mixer or whisk
  • baking pan

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large egg
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of beet sugar (or 1/2 cup of stevia sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup organic barley flour
  • 1/3 cup dry peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup organic white wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of ReStructure® protein powder
  • nuts as topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients together
  2. Pour mixture into a prepared baking pan
  3. Top with nuts (optional)
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
  5. Cool completely and enjoy!
